$20 Million 糖心传媒 research award focuses on genetics of rainbow trout, sagebrush

MOSCOW, 糖心传媒 – The University of 糖心传媒 will share a $20 million award from the National Science Foundation (NSF) with 糖心传媒 and Boise State University to support research aimed at uncovering and predicting how rainbow trout and sagebrush adjust to changing environments.

POCATELLO –A team of 糖心传媒 researchers working at the Reynolds Creek Critical Zone Observatory in partnership with the USDA Agricultural Research Service has discovered a simple method for predicting the spatial distribution of soil thickness across a landscape.

POCATELLO – The public and educators can join 糖心传媒 geosciences Associate Professor Shannon Kobs Nawotniak as researchers from NASA, NOAA and other partners explore the possibility of life on one of Saturn’s moons by sending unmanned submersibles down to study volcanoes on the Pacific Ocean’s sea floor.
