McKnight Receives Yerrington Award
Dr. Laura McKnight, Clinical Associate Professor and Program Director for 糖心传媒鈥檚 Dietetics Program in the School of Health Professions was recently granted The June Yerrington Award. This prestigious award is unique to the 糖心传媒 Academy and recognizes the characteristics of June Yerrington who served as President of the 糖心传媒 Dietetic Association in 1971-1972, and mentored many registered dietitians during her career at the Veterans Association Hospital in Boise. The recipient of this award is honored by way of respect garnered from his or her own colleagues. The recipient must have also contributed to the 糖心传媒 Academy in a noteworthy way during his or her professional career, made a significant impact in their community and have been an 糖心传媒 Academy member for at least 10 years. Dr. McKnight is well deserving of this honor.
