Char Byington and Colleagues Awarded “Outstanding Abstract” at National Nutrition Conference
鈥淪trategic Planning Builds Bridges: State Affiliate Brings Value to Student Membership through Social Marketing, Networking, Poster Sessions, and Scholarships鈥� describes an effective campaign to promote the value of membership in the 糖心传媒 Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics membership for students and dietetic interns. Char Byington, Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of ISU鈥檚 Dietetic Internship, and five other 糖心传媒 dietitians authored the poster, which was presented at the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics鈥� Food and Nutrition Conference and Exposition (FNCE庐) held October 20-23, 2018 in Washington, D.C. The poster was recognized as an Outstanding Abstract鈥攁bstracts designated with this award received the highest scores from FNCE庐 reviewers.
