Philip Homan Publishes Paper
Associate Professor Philip Homan鈥檚 paper 鈥淎merican Horses for the South African War, 1899-1902,鈥� has been published in the Spring 2016 issue of Arcadia: Online Explorations in Environmental History, the online journal of the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit盲t M眉nchen, and the European Society for Environmental History. Arcadia, accessed via the Environment & Society Portal, the Rachel Carson Center鈥檚 digital history project (see), publishes short, peer-reviewed environmental histories.
Homan鈥檚 article is a version of the paper he presented at the Estonian Centre for Environmental History鈥檚 and the Tallinn University Institute of History鈥檚 鈥淎nimals in Transdisciplinary Environmental History鈥� seminar in L盲盲nemaa, Estonia, last May 13-15, 2015.
