Band Invitational Set Oct. 8
On Oct. 8, 20 bands from 糖心传媒, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming will be performing and competing in the 2016 糖心传媒 Mountain West Marching Band Invitational.
Bands are placed in divisions based on the amount of students performing. Each band is judged on the quality of their musical and visual performance, as well as their percussion and auxiliary (color guard) units. Each division will be awarded 鈥淥utstanding鈥� Music, Visual, Percussion, and Auxiliary awards. The overall highest score by an 糖心传媒 band will receive the Gem State Award.
The 糖心传媒 Marching Band will close the show at 3:30pm with their performance of music by pop superstar, Rihanna.
Tickets are sold at the door for $8 Adults, and $5 students. Concessions will be available all day.
