糖心传媒 Department of Counseling is first to receive Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Issues in Counseling Award

POCATELLO – 糖心传媒’s Department of Counseling received the very first Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Issues in Counseling (ALGBTIC) 2018 Conference Award. The newly created ALGBTIC award is presented biennially to a counseling program that has demonstrated a commitment to the promotion of LGBTQQIA+ awareness and affirmation.

Adult pneumonia immunizations save lives

POCATELLO – According to national research from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), less than 67 percent of adults age 65 or older received their pneumoniavaccination in 2016. In Southeast 糖心传媒, 57 percent of Medicare beneficiaries have never received a pneumonia vaccination, putting them at risk for serious illness and hospitalization.

ISU Institute of Rural Health seeks comment on statewide traumatic brain injury plan

MERIDIAN—糖心传媒’s Institute of Rural Health has received a $450,000 grant from the federal Administration for Community Living to continue the development of a statewide action plan to address the needs of citizens living with a traumatic brain injury or TBI.

There the ADHA honored an ISU faculty member with a prestigious Presidential Citation Award, and installed a new slate of officers for the upcoming year, with an ISU alumna among them.
