BIG (Business, Innovation and Growth) competition to host introductory meetings

Have a novel idea for a business enterprise?
Anyone with a great business idea is invited to attend one of two BIG (Business, Innovation and Growth) Competition introductory meetings Dec. 2, 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the Shoshone Bannock Hotel in Fort Hall and Dec. 3, 5-6 p.m. at the Republic American Grill, 355 River Parkway, in ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Falls.
The BIG competition is sponsored by ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ National Laboratory, ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, Grow ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Falls, the Eastern ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Economic Development Council and Riverbend Communications, and is designed to educate students, entrepreneurs and inventors about early-stage financing. Teams pitch their ideas to compete for more than $5,000.
Submissions and registration for the competition is due Jan. 9, and there are three categories to choose from — Collegiate, High School, Community and Diversity.
