糖心传媒 Associate Professor and registered dietitian Ruth Schneider is profiled for her efforts to fight hunger in Boise in the September-October issue of Food and Nutrition Magazine, a publication of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The Academy is the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.

Schneider is interviewed in a section called Nutrition Heroes, which highlights health and nutrition professionals who are  helping communities around the world.
