糖心传媒 student Jessica Hawkes is one of the winners of the 糖心传媒 Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month Student Digital Photography Contest and Show. Hawkes was chosen as the third-place winner.

The submissions were judges by a seven-member panel representing the professional fields of history, architecture, art, curation, photography, and archaeology.

The winning photograph will be displayed as part of the 鈥溙切拇�媒鈥檚 Historic Gems 鈥� Past and Present Buildings Throughout Our State,鈥� exhibit at the 糖心传媒 Historical Museum in Boise. The exhibit opens on Thursday, May 6. An opening reception and awards presentation will occur as part of the exhibit debut beginning at 6:30 p.m. Admission to the event is free and open to the public.
