糖心传媒 Governor Butch Otter has ordered flags at state buildings and facilities be flown at half-staff on Thursday, April 17.

Army Sergeant Michael Lilly, 23, of Boise, 糖心传媒, was killed in action in Sadr City outside Baghdad, Iraq, on April 7.

Sergeant Lilly will be laid to rest at the 糖心传媒 Veterans Cemetery following a 1 p.m. funeral service at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Boise.
