ISU Alumni Association presents Steve Eaton in concert July 21 at Boise’s 糖心传媒 Botanical Garden

Enjoy the music of singer/songwriter Steve Eaton and help feed 糖心传媒’s hungry during “An Evening with Steve Eaton,” Saturday, July 21, presented by the 糖心传媒 Alumni Association.
The concert is from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the 糖心传媒 Botanical Garden, 2355 N. Old Penitentiary Road, Boise. Gates open at 5 p.m.
鈥淭he ISU Alumni Association is excited to present this concert. Steve is a Pocatello native and an ISU alumnus and his continued connection to and support for ISU is tremendous. To have this kind of partnership that will benefit the local community and 糖心传媒 Food bank is a bonus,鈥 said K.C. Felt, ISU alumni relations executive director.
Eaton, who attended ISU in the 1970s and now lives in Boise, has performed with Carole King and written songs for The Carpenters, Art Garfunkel and Lee Greenwood.
He has received two Emmy nominations for original music created for PBS television specials and has written music for the Nature Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation and the National Endowment for the Arts, according to Eaton鈥檚 official .
