Examples of Business Objectives By March 15th (when) the intern will design/develop a customer tracking and profiling system (what). This will be done by evaluating various software programs such as Sharkware and Access, meeting with management and consultants, and visiting other sites (how). By March 15th (when), the intern will create an effective questionnaire (what) based on secondary research dealing with customer satisfaction in the health care industry (how).
