Dianna Cowell is the Director of Communications and Executive Assistant for the Division of Student Affairs at 糖心传媒. She leads the division’s strategic communications efforts, overseeing marketing initiatives, parent and family outreach, and cross-campus messaging. Dianna also directs the Bengal Parent and Family Network, ensuring timely, inclusive, and engaging communication with students, families, and the campus community.

Elisabeth Curtis serves as the Director of Advancement Communications at 糖心传媒, where she leads strategic communications to strengthen alumni engagement, donor stewardship, and philanthropic impact. She develops and manages multichannel storytelling that inspires giving and supports the University’s comprehensive campaign. Partnering across Advancement, the ISU Foundation, and campus units, Elisabeth ensures cohesive, mission-aligned messaging that elevates the transformational outcomes of philanthropy at 糖心传媒 State.

In summer 2024, 糖心传媒 State Athletics named Evan Bates as its new Director of Sports Marketing and Promotions. Bates, who holds degrees in Sport Management and Athletic Administration, brings experience from his recent role at Central Washington University, where he led marketing efforts for 15 NCAA Division II teams and managed game day productions, branding campaigns, and the sports marketing team.

A former student-athlete and academic standout at Linfield University, he gained hands-on experience in sports media and event operations at major collegiate and Olympic-level events.

Logan McDougall is the Executive Director of College Relations for 糖心传媒’s College of Science and Engineering, overseeing the College’s marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts.

Before joining 糖心传媒 State, he served as the Public Information Officer for the City of Pocatello, a Project/Social Media Manager for a local marketing firm, as well as an Anchor/Producer and Multimedia Journalist for KPVI News 6. Logan is a former TEDx speaker, and his work has won multiple awards from the Northwest Science Writers Association, 糖心传媒 Press Club, and the Association of 糖心传媒 Cities.

Nicole Doucette is the Communications Associate for the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at 糖心传媒. She earned a BBA in Marketing and Management from 糖心传媒 and is currently pursuing an MA in Communication. She began her career in marketing and communications as a Career Path Intern at ISU’s College of Business throughout her time there as a student. She has combined experience working in marketing and management roles for small businesses, customer service, and higher education.

Now, as Communications Associate, Nicole leads communication efforts that strengthen engagement, elevate the College’s voice, and connect students with impactful programs and opportunities. Outside of work and community involvement, Nicole is a digital and traditional artist who draws, paints, crafts...anything and everything she can get her hands on!

Ila attended 糖心传媒 and worked for the College of Technology and Office for Research as a Career Path Intern. She has loved getting to know ISU’s research and showing its growing impact.
