Marc McDonald currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the St. Luke’s Health Plan, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Luke’s Health System, based in Boise, 糖心传媒. Marc is an action-oriented and pragmatic leader with a strong track record of performance in serving complex organizations in various industries, including the insurance industry. He thoughtfully and practically deploys situation-appropriate analysis, insights, and team approach to drive measurable results, organizational improvement, client service satisfaction, engagement, and enhanced decision-making. Leading teams in resolving multiple and complex issues and motivating team members to peak performance has and continues to be a focus of Marc’s career.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s Health Plan in 2022, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at United Heritage Insurance in Meridian, 糖心传媒 and a Managing Director at Deloitte in various locations. Marc earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from 糖心传媒 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Marc is passionate about his involvement in the communities and state he lives in, including recent or past Board or Executive Committee membership at organizations such as the 糖心传媒 Technology Council, the 糖心传媒 Life and Health Guaranty Association, the 糖心传媒 Foundation Board, and the 糖心传媒 Accounting Program.
