Dr. Mustafa Mashal received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, in 2015. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and its Structural Engineering Institute (SEI). His research interests include structural and earthquake engineering, concrete materials and structures, bridge engineering, low-damage seismic technologies, large-scale testing, and topics related to energy and critical infrastructure.
